On a hilltop, 600m above sea level, Piombona has incomparable views of distant mountains and the Tiber Valley which will enchant guests at all times of the year. Situated below the house, the swimming pool has an uninterrupted panorama. The villa is well placed for visiting all the historical centers and is a welcome retreat in a tranquil environment. Anghiari village is a further 5 minute drive and the center of Arezzo can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes.
The interior is exceptionally accommodating. There is an entrance hall leading to a studio and breakfast room. The well-equipped kitchen leads onto a furnished terrace. There is a sitting/dining room with open fireplace which opens onto a covered, furnished terrace. There is one double bedroom with adjacent very smart tiled bathroom. The first floor has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a bath between the two rooms.
The villa is owned by a restaurateur who has a Trattoria only a 5 minute drive down the hill where his excellent food is served at modest prices.
