Located in the Chianti area of Tuscany, this villa is set on 150 acres of rolling hills, complete with olive trees and a private lake. Situated in the Bagno a Ripoli area of the Florentine hills 7 miles from the center of Florence, the main house sits on the top of a hill and benefits from spectacular views of Florence and the world famous Duomo.
Recent restoration work, which was meticulously carried out with great care, has brought the house back to its original splendor. Antique and totally created in stone, this spectacular property is over 500 years old, although completely updated, many of the original features have been carefully maintained.
There is a courtyard that is partly tiled and partly lawn with barbecue, furnished panoramic areas, swimming pool (5×10m) and a lake for sport fishing. The area is ideal for walks.
