This well furnished, spacious house has typical Tuscan covered terraces from where the views are spectacular. The house dominates the small hamlet of San Romano a short walking distance away where you will find a bar and a little grocery shop. On request, a lady from the village can prepare authentic Italian homemade dishes and pizzas. 6 kms away is the 11th century town of Borgo A Mozzano for all necessities. The house is 4 kms from the main road which leads to Lucca. The coast line of Viareggio is 45 kms and Pisa is 42 kms. Many footpaths of varying degrees of difficulty are to be found in the surrounding mountains.
At the upper level are 1 bedroom with bunk beds, en suite shower room, washing machine and a door to a courtyard. The master bedroom and one twin bedded room share a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle and each has doors onto a loggia terrace. Also on this floor is a spacious formal sitting/dining room and informal sitting/dining room both leading onto a central, furnished courtyard. The large, well equipped kitchen has a cook top, oven fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
