This very nice apartment is ideally situated just in front of the beautiful sandy beach "La Salis", only a short walk to the center of Antibes and the old town. The apartment is located on the side of the building, overlooking a small and quiet path which leads to the beach.
The interior is comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated. There are marble floors and large windows in all of the rooms.
The spacious living room has a leather sofa, a double sofa bed, TV and music system, dining area and opens out onto a large terrace facing West with a lateral sea view.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, cook top, oven and microwave.
The 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedded room) open out onto a back terrace, facing East, with nice views over the Cap d'Antibes and its lighthouse. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower over and the WC is separate.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, cook top, oven and microwave.
The residence has a swimming pool and a guardian.
