This very nice apartment is situated in one of 3 new ‘low rise’ buildings built in a security-protected complex within walking distance of Antibes Old Town, the yacht marina and beaches. There is garage parking and several visitors’ parking spaces within the grounds. The 3 apartment blocks have attractive gardens, with well-tended lawns, palms and olive trees and there is a shared swimming pool.
Accommodating up to six people the apartment has been furnished to a high standard. At one end of the roomy living/dining room is a dining table seating six and at the other end are two comfortable sofas (one converts to a full sized double bed), a coffee table, color television and DVD player. All floors are ceramic tile throughout. The living room has floor-to-ceiling patio doors opening onto a spacious balcony (16 square meters) facing southwest that catches the sun from early to mid afternoon, making it perfect for a leisurely lunch or dinner outside.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cook top, oven, microwave and washing machine. There is 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 double room with en suite bathroom with shower.
A ten minutes walk away you will find food shops and a small supermarket, a newsagent and a pharmacy. A visit to the covered market in Place Massena near the cathedral in the Old Town (“le vieille ville”) is a ‘must’ during your stay. Excellent for cheeses, olives, flowers, fruit etc. Open every morning except Monday.
