The villa is composed of 3 levels: the garden level has a spacious living room with dining area, large panorama doors opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool. There is 1 bedroom with king bed and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is on this floor and is very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cook top, oven, microwave and washer/dryer and dining table seating 8.
The ground floor has a separate apartment (as part of the villa rental) with kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom with king bed that can be separated to 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with double bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
The Master bedroom is on the top floor and has king bed that can be separated to 2 twin beds, en suite bathroom and door opening to the private balcony overlooking the pool.
A caretaker tends to the gardens and pool and a maid and cook can be provided at an extra charge. This is a very inviting villa for superb holidays!!
