Located in one of the most prestigeous regions of the Côte d’Azur, this newly finished villa boasts fabulous, panoramic views of the coastline. There is a sense of the interior and exterior of the villa being combined due to the numerous large French windows and many terraces. The infinity pool and covered outside eating area also means that guests can benefit from the Mediterranean weather all day long.
The villa is very well equipped with air conditioning in the 3 main bedrooms, an elevator accessing 3 floors (not top floor), wi-fi internet connection in the office, and electric shutters. The pool is also protected by an electronic hard cover.
Due to the marble flooring and the numerous staircases, this villa is not ideal for toddlers, however is great for families with slightly older children. Its’ location is the perfect spot for people wishing to visit neighboring towns as it is only 15 minutes from Nice and the famous principality of Monaco.
